• Annaprashan Vidhi is performed to feed the first intake of food to the baby.  If it is carried out as per the Vedic Method it removes any deficiencies developed in the child before birth.
• This is the first time the child takes the food other than the milk & baby food.  After this vidhi is performed items like clothes, Pen, Pencil, Drawing Material, Book, Computer, Calculator, Musical Instrument, any other art material.  It is believed that whichever article is touched by the child gives an indication
• Annaprashan Vidhi is to be performed on an auspicious day in consultation with Panditji.
